Les' we forget that there are hundreds of Unsolved Civil Rights Murders that have yet to be prosecuted and justice served, and there are many more "suspicious deaths" and "mysterious murders" that occured during that era and continue to this day. Therefore, this blog serves to bring justice by going beyound posting stories, but also having a follow up plan involving legal actions which will not be disclosed at this time. Justice will be served les' we forget.

Morganne McBeth, July 2, 2010
SPC Morganne McBeth had reported Nicholas Bailey of Pflugerville, Texas for attempted rape and that she was frightened of him. Weeks later she was found nude and dying from stab wounds after she fought his planned attack with his comrade Tyler Cain. She later died of her injuries on July 2, 2010. Bailey's murder charge was reduced to involuntary manslaughter, and the trial has been repeatedly delayed. Cain was sentenced to 45 days in jail and demoted to private ranking. UPDATE: Bailey has been sentenced to nine months in prison.
