Rachel Jackson, July 21, 2008

After being notified on that his 21-year-old daughter Rachel A. Jackson was dead, Rudolph Williamson rushed to the Del Valle Jail where her body lay. He was not allowed to bring a camera but a family member snuck one in and took photos that showed that Jackson had an unnatural death and foul play had taken place on the night of July 21, 2008.
