19-year-old Kendrec McDade was shot to death by Pasadena officers Jeff Newlen and Mathew Griffin in Pasadena, California and was handcuffed despite being mortally wounded. Considerable time passed before EMS was called to the scene. Update: A protest is scheduled in front of the Pasadena NAACP Awards Banquet after the Pasadena NAACP branch awarded the Police Chief an award.
